and this time by "hungry", I don't mean me (even though I am starving)
so I was told that I'm supposed to create a blog roll and in an attempt to do that, I came across this website in the Conscious Spending Blog called Free Rice.
On the webite, there's a word game.
How to Play
-Click on the answer that best defines the word.
If you get it right, you get a harder word. If wrong, you get an easier word.
-For each word you get right, we donate 10 grains of rice to the United Nations World Food Program.

so I managed to donate 11 grains...wait a minute...GRAINS!?! oh shit! I thought it was 11 POUNDS of rice that I donated by getting the words right...OMG! THAT'S ONLY LIKE ONE FORK OF RICE!! HERE I WAS THINKING I WAS MAKING A FUCKING DIFFERENCE!! OK I totally have to go play some more!!
Anyway, I thought it was 11 pounds of rice that I donated until I started writing this blog. In my attempt to do a good deed (playing the word game), I got distracted by an ad on the screen that said "Lose 11 pounds every 2 weeks" so of course I had to click on it. UGH! we live in a pretty shitty world....
UPDATE:it says TEN GRAINS of rice per word...so I got 11 words, making it 110 grains...which still isn't ONE serving...and with all of this rice talk, I'm craving chinese.
ANOTHER UPDATE: I'm such an idiot. I keep getting words wrong. Wouldn't it be fucked up if they took away 10 grains for each one I got wrong?
